The Importance of Community

I think that one of the more painful realizations that I've had as an adult is that, is that most friends are transient. And so you'd say, oh, you're rich. You've got all these friends that, you know, your life is full of friends. Well, it is in a sense, but I don't hang out with them. But I do feel a sense of like an enveloping community of love from that. So it's a weird thing, you know? It's very strange. Yeah.
