How to Practice Mindfulness With Your Kids

Breathing is a great way to bring the breath into awareness. A lot of kids have trouble falling asleep and using some of these mindfulness practices can help them relax at bedtime. I'm going to start doing with breathing too but I started just like I'll sweep up a room in that time just to fill that little space and so it's a perfect time to practice the breath right. Just figure out a time in their schedule that just fits in, you know?
