Federal Land Acquisitions in the State of Wyoming

Congress has given him $900 million dollars. Half of that has spent about $450 million on private on federal land acquisitions. The people in the state of Wyoming had no say in whether or not they wanted more federal land in their area. When the federal government comes in and owns land, they don't pay taxes on that land.
