The Importance of Repentance
Piper: God wills that all be saved, but in another sense he does not. He says this is an expression of sovereign wisdom and the freedom of grace. But it's also a denial of a God of real saving grace, John Piper writes. The non-elect have zero chance of ever being saved, thereby being doomed to external extinction or eternal conscious torment at the worst.
