All our corporate structures came out from World War two and the war is because people came out of these wars learning that a hierarchy structure or your command kind of structure is the only way to get stuff done. So I'm trying to not only say what we have to move away from which is command and control but what we need to move toward trust and inspire. When people are trusted they rise the occasion. They return the trust they reciprocate they give it back to you becomes a virtuous upwards spiral when we withhold the trust with others they tend to withhold it back with us, says Dean Obeidallah.
