Is Telegram Working With the Kremlin?
The journalist does speculate that maybe telegram is working directly with the Kremlin, although the API suggests that's not necessarily requirement. The last thing that he didn't say is I pointed out that telegram's website still says under their FAQ, it still says that two days they have handed over zero bytes of user data. And again, we know for a fact they have. So, yeah, I wouldn't trust them. They're so bad. Use literally anything else at this point.
