The Trial of Captain Harvey Karugnan
Harvey Karugnan was convicted of the attempted murder and aggravated sodomy charges. He says that on the stand at trial in front of the jury, this is meant to be a tactic to convince the jury that God is actually telling him to kill the horse. One of the detectives did go to the trial, but he told the prosecutor and the police out in Minnesota, he goes, I will go because it will help you at trial.
