There's a huge degree of self autonomy that we all have. How we feel, as much as it does not always, not always, ok, there are exceptions,. But generally speaking, how we feel is a choice. We can choose what meaning we attach to negative experiences. And so if we're vibrating at a high frequency, we'll attract high vibrational frequency things bck into our lives. So encourage ourselves to operate a high vibe an to sink into high vibrational emotions and feelings such as love, acceptance, gratitude, peace - rather than sitting in this constant low state of fear, anxiey a, envy, bitterness, shame, guilt.
