The Roman Villa Insicity
This is the house as described by Vitruvius. It's really not at all like an actual Roman house. There were Roman houses this big, but there weren't that many. And another way in which it's not very Roman is it's really symmetrical. I think they could be a little more daring in their attitude towards symmetry.
