How to Structure a Partnership

How do you structure a partnership and what's fair? And really there's no right or wrong answer. If this is your first time investing together, i would this partner and just focus on one deal first. Start with one deal in, work up an operating agreement. You could divy up the equity based on how much money is going into the deal. Think about the future too, and not just the now when you're building that entity.
