Essex Police Failed to Make a Full Disclosure of Material Relevant to Jeremy Bamber
At age 24, Jeremy Bamber was convicted of five murders on the basis of questionable circumstantial evidence. He has always claimed the police have withheld evidence that would prove his innocence. The police and CPS strenuously deny any fraud or cover-ups or hiding of evidence. This is despite the fact that Essex police have been ordered three times by the courts to make a full disclosure of material relevant to Bamber and failed to comply.
