User Research - 3 Steps to a Successful Ideation Workshop

If you don't have any research to do an ideation workshop, give a few different options of research that you can do quickly in order to improve or get improvements for this feature. So that would be the second step if you can't just go straight into the ideation workshop. The third step is a heuristic evaluation.
