The January 4th was a fall-through day. The best stocks have left the building at this point. Now you'll have another set of stocks starting to build bases. But sometimes you don't want to necessarily go for those lagging stocks, maybe build that watch list of the leading stocks and wait for them to set up another base,. or pull back to their 15-day moving average.
