The difference, the rage has been personalization, right? That's the why you know email. It's personalized, but it's getting bastardized to the point where these artificial intelligence tools,. I mean, you saw me like a while back, like I freaked a fuck out in 2017 when I saw that Shakespeare email that wrote an email better than I'd ever seen. But all of a sudden I'm seeing all these other artificial intelligence tools and they're, you know, they follow the formula. They make it so irrelevant to the value proposition. With SDRs who aren't playing the long game, they're going to be in the SDR role for the next 30 or
