The Evolution of Apple Apps

We've been seeing this sort of this comparisons between Apple apps and third party options for years. But I have seen it pop up again as a theme as a thing people say in our community over the past couple of years and especially this year. Not reminders but also podcasts. It's interesting to see Apple do this. To a degree you got to believe that Apple is always keeping an eye on what's popular on the app store. And they're saying well if this is the type of app that people purchase and subscribe to maybe we should consider something similar.
