The Effects of Growth Hormone on the Joint
The growth hormone remains in the joint for about four hours. Then over the next 18 hours it seeps into the general circulation and then it's excreted in the urine basically. Do we know if the beneficial actions are directly from the growth hormone or is its conversion to IGF-1 or IGF-1E, which is a mechano growth factor? Or was it just the growth hormone itself was stimulating congerside production?
