The Role of Vacua Pan in GPA

The PEXAVAS study was the largest trial to be conducted in anticoassociative vasculitis. In terms of reduced-goes, glucocorticoids, this was found to be non-inferior with respect to end stage renal disease or death compared to standard doses. A vaca pan received FDA approval in October of 2021 for the indication of patients with severe active and co-associated vasculitis in combination with standard therapy.
