It was always like, i would say something i wanted to do, and they would go, what about this instead? I so right? So it was alwayslike, you weren't good enough. That that's how i internalized, you know. Im, i don't think that they were ever intentionally sending me that message. And i think that if they knew how the message was being re ved, they probably might be giving them too much credit here but they probably would have changed the way they talked to me.
