Moving More When You Eat More

Research shows that some people will spontaneously and subconsciously move more throughout the day when they overeat. In some studies, it can be up to 700, even a thousand plus calories per day. There is actually a term for i non exercise activity, thermogenesis, or neat. And so if you take those people who are just the high neat type and you feed them an extra one thousand calories per day, some will burn off two thirds or three quarters of what they eat.
