The plantar fascia is a thick piece of connective tissue on the bottom of our foot. It really connects our heel bone, your calcaneus in the back of your heel to the front of your foot. Most runners I work with are in their 40s, you know, late 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. Plantar fasciatus is not a death sentence by any means. There are specific strategies to get this better.
