What Does This Mean for You?

If you're working for an employer, you can't leave and get a better job at better pay with somebody else who's in competition with your employer. It's a limitation on your freedom as a worker to do better. Employers fight like crazy for this because it's basically imprisoning their employees within the Company. Because you're limited in terms of what you can do leaving. Companies don't have to be competing with one another for good workers.
