Yoga Mindfulness and Wellness - How Do You Break It Down for Third Graders?
Yoga for Third graders is a combination of yoga, mindfulness and social emotional learning curriculum. Students take part in 30-minute sessions over the course of seven weeks to learn about breathing before teaching leove classes. The aim is to create a community of young folks who have found freedom through our yogo practice that can then be shared within their homes and communities.
