How to Use Weight Bearing to Improve Pain Relief

Weight bearing to the hand can be useful for sufferers of pain. I've used it mainly and possibly goalkeepers if they have a problem going into that extension position in sports like rugby. The other things I tend to look at then is range of motion which is for me goes hand-in-hand because the strength part is good for a provocation point of view of symptoms. Then the range of motion is good to understand mechanically what is restricted really and try and differentiate between muscle and joint tell me about your condition.
