The Importance of Construct Theory in Computing

The universal computation is based on the model. So it's kind of assuming a certain model of the Turing machine and the Turing machine is running with side effects. No one cares when you talk about computation, no one actually ever models that those. That's part of the reasons why complexity theory isn't currently satisfactory because it's satisfactory for some purposes, but it doesn't quite do the job of addressing old tasks. The construct theory is needed to extend the quantum theory of computation to the whole physics precisely because of this reason.
