The History of Market Control
The business model is not just taking advantage of clients, it's doing so in a way that can't be punished. How long has this been going on? I mean, is it a new thing? Is it post-war? Is it in the 80s or all the movies about high finance and people making incredible amounts of money more recently? Or is it going back a long time? I think it will go back as long as finance has been with us and finance have been with us for centuries. We do have a historical section in the chapter but most poetically and instructively for today, the echoes of this financial more practice and what we call market control.
