I think the change has been that we all are wearing a lot more hats and those hats stay on our heads longer than ever. It's a much more collaborative decision to buy something now it has to go through so many more people I mean certain people might be able to buy things without a lot of other people in the house loving it but they need that in-house support. Buzz for a book starts so early it starts pretty much at acquisition stage if an editor is so excited about a book when they buy it they can get sales and marketing excited about the book which kind of translates to everybody else.
