How Do You Write a Book?

I didn't for one second ever it would be published. My dog wakes me up at about half past two in the morning ecause that's what he's used to. I'm thinking about, if i've written myself into a plot hole, i'm going to find my way out again. And then by a kind of two o'clock,  i'm pretty much done for the day. By midday you can tell how productive your day has been because there's nothing more inspirational than other people's words.
