It's a blocker, and they have to do it. Those captues only took ten seconds to do, but even a ten second blo er is frustrating. And frustrating your users is never good. There's another problem with recapture. Users were actively helping achieve something, arguably something for the greater good, but they may not have been aware of it. When they found out, well, they weren't always thrilled.
