Is There a Difference Between Growth Mindset and Fixed Mindset?

One of the things that you say in the book about fixed versus growth mindset is that one of the easiest ways to change your mindset is to change your language. The research on mindset is highlighted that the simple psychological trick can move us in or out of the growth mindset.
