The Importance of Special Rights in a Liberal Society

Are you saying that immigrants as a whole form one group or there are subsections of immigrant groups? I think there are some generic issues that apply to all immigrants, wherever immigrants come from. There are other kinds of claims that are much more distinctive and one of the important ones is the issue of racism. What are the special rights that we should have called specific minorities in a liberal society?
