The Importance of Schooling in Africa
I was born in England and my older sister Patty and then I had a brother. When I was just a few months old my mother and father went to Africa because at that time the government were offering grants for people to farm the land. My basic memories are of being in Africa. We were quite feral, just kind of roaming around, never wearing shoes until I was six years old. So it was a culture shock in many ways.
