Is There a Need to Innovate?

I was surprised to hear you talk about this curiosity that you needed because definitely in my experience, it's been very set. So we encourage people to innovate kind of within what may seem wrote tasks that they're being given. We also keep very well attuned to people's satisfaction level with their assignments. Sometimes it might take a few months for us to kind of get things squared away and people back to something that there's really excited to be doing.
