Can We Get Better Quality Sleep?

Sleep staging was developed in the 19 sixties, and that's where people are hanging their hats right now. But i'm really excited at cerebra because were we're studying quality on a much more objective level, looking at brain wave activity. An improving sleep quality could be things like limiting your kafine in take. Getting lots of light in the morning can help improve our sleep quality at night.
