In the 90s, SEAL teams did live fire everything. Blanks kind of wasn't even a thing. But in the 2000s, we started actually using both simulation and we had a better form of miles gear. That was very high speed and very, very realistic. Both those things made us so much better. We do less live fire than we used to, but we're a lot better because now we go against an enemy that's maneuvering and shooting back at us and killing us.
