Are HCLTAs Equally Paid?
HCLTAs assimilate lots of similar knowledge to teachers without equal remuneration. It's obviously not fair for them not to be remunerated, at least to the level of an unqualified teacher. But I think there are differences in terms of how it feels and just the hours that you're working effectively. As an HCLTA, there is usually for certain things an extent to which you can pass the buck. If things get too hot to handle, you can just pass it on.
