How to Anesthetize a Chest Wall

I'm a minimalist when it comes to the incision. So I would say my incisions are about an inch and a half, just under two maybe inches in length. And one of the things I'll do whenever we're anesthetizing the chest wall for the port is I'll make a little skin wheel. It's just kind of an economy of movement to where you can save yourself a little bit of time rather than sticking the patient in four different spots and putting down lidocaine.
