The SEC has filed a lawsuit against two of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges. Binance is accused of violating securities laws by offering its own tokens that are not registered as securities. The suit also alleges fraud, various forms of malfeasance around wash trading and commingling of customer funds with opaque but seem to be run by B finance CEO CZ ChAo.
