The Benefits of Fiber on a Carnivore Diet

There's a, Ted always says, you eat three to four pounds of food, right? So if you're eating these super dense, if you'reeating, you know, oil and sugar on everything, then you're just going to get a lot more. That's why you can't rely on this endless willpower. And it kind of ties into the fiber part too, because a lot of people in the low carb world, carnivore world, they're so over the fiber thing. But there is a benefit if you want to have this volume of food for satiety for the slower absorption of the sugar.
