The Learning Curve for People Is Not Fully Remote
When all this went down two years ago, i'd already spent nine years working fully remoteer. I was always in the office, maybe twice a year, three times a year. So i would call that fully remote. The learning curve for people was the fact that you're not in the office and don't have immediate communications. And i think that is the biggest impact. It's not, it's not fully remote or partially remote, it's remote at all.
