The Importance of Taking a Step Back
I think what's really interesting talking to you in the conversation to you and I have had is this isn't about how do we always get the optimal result. But if you're looking at sort of compliance, contact, anything you can do to make the world better then we should just be implementing this stuff. And it's, you know, sometimes it just requires someone who's in that business context just to take a step back. That's where partnering with people or thinking about things from other industries might help.
