The only that is considerably more challenging if you're trying to do home workouts and either don't have any equipment or only want to buy very, very minimal equipment. A two legged gloot bridge is probably going to be super easy to do for an enormous number of reps but make it single leg, it suddenly becomes considerably more challenging.
