The Lavatory in Star Wars

In the Mandalorian, Horatio Sands goes into the the restroom on board the razor Christ. Was that really a bathroom or was that just sort of a party sitting there? I mean, it wasn't really a bathroom. It had a toilet, you know, had a toilet. Well, they probably refer to it as the lavatory lavatory.
