Change management, right? Like everybody is concerned that change is hard and it's going to take a lot of effort. And yeah, better is not good enough. I want you to have a bunch of no decisions, but you better have the reason that came up with no decision. If you can't learn from one of your other managers or leaders,. fine, but do it once lose because of no decision because of X once and move on. Yeah, I think Nelson Mandela said I either fail or I learn.
