So how do we fix this habit of overthinking the first step is learning how to trust your own intuition. Here's what's worked for me. You go on an information fast. For the next seven days, I want you to stop scrolling my social media. Stop listening to podcasts, even if it means not hearing my voice for a whole week.stop reading books. Just stop.
