i think there's a lot of very bad consumer research out there. I believe that qualitative research, meaning speaking to a smaller set of people, but having direct, deeper conversations with them, can actually be much more valuable than quantitative research. So we typically do it in the form of one on one phone calls. And, you know, our feeling is that that's the most efficient way to reach a geographically diverse set of people.
