Is There a Causality in the Connection Between Microbiums and Immune System?

i wanted to ask a sort of reverse question about causality in the connection between microbiums and immune system. What's extraordinary when you look at h literature, is the inability to standardize good tests to measure these responses. There are just not enough laboratories working on the problem to achieve a critical mass of decision making as to how the new system should be evaluatedrelative to all of these other factors.
