The Air Force has reached out well after the person is long gone from any uh reserve time or you know active reserve or whatever so that's interesting. Reagan said something to the effect I'd like to have serious negotiations with Soviet leadership but they keep dying on me and he was not wrong about that with Brezhnev and Hanthorovov and then Chernianko. The next year when Gorbachev came to power that he finally had an interlocutor to that he could actually have serious dialogue with right yeah it's interesting.
