The Importance of Met Foreman in Mitochondrial Biogenesis

There are, there AMP K is one of many, or at least several regulators of energy depletion. Even met Foreman, which is seen as an AMP K activator, appears to be targeting ATP production and it's depleting ATP. And so that will activate AMP K and it, and it will also activate many other nodes of mitochondrial energy depletion. So yeah, I doubt it's productive to focus on the granularity of the single, the single driver of biogenesis. Anyone else have any thoughts to share in that question?
