How to Reduce Mental Clutter

Shopping lists are a game changer. Commit to always putting things in there as soon as they run out. When the turmeric runs out, add it to paprika. Then you have this list. It's amazing. And then finally, the seventh tool that has helped me reduce mental clutter is a notebook. Now, I definitely use a paper journal like the Holly Momma Journal, which I absolutely love. So grab yourself one or you can even just use something that you've got lying around the house. The main purpose they serve is to get stuff out of your brain. It's about reducing your mental clutter. Right? Brilliant.
