Linda's language is birthday was in April and I did a sort of annual survey every April when it was like Linda's language isbirthday. In that survey I was finding like people wanted help with speaking they wanted help with confidence they were struggling with these things more than others so at the start of a new year I thought this is a good time to dig into the same challenge again to work through this again. It worked really well and there's so much good feedback that comes from this challenge every time that I knew that this needs to happen againso here we are 2023 when we're coding this and we're going to be doing this again in June this year so another summer challenge
